MDnetSolutions Rebrands as Sequence Health

Provides best-in-class patient engagement solutions featuring its new proprietary SaaS platform, Sequence.

Atlanta, GA – After two-years of intensive product development, market analysis and technology enhancements, the company formerly known as MDnetSolutions re-launched its products, services and platform with a new brand name and image.

“This branding effort reflects more accurately the company’s purpose and mission: to support and improve the patient-provider relationship while promoting quality outcomes and program growth,” said CEO Alan Creighton.

Over the past 12 years, the company has been known for its patient tracking software, patient outreach programs, healthcare education and communication, insurance processing, and clinical team collaboration solutions as well as a variety of healthcare specific marketing services.

“With today’s increased consumerization of healthcare, care providers must offer solutions that effectively communicate, educate and manage the adherence to care plans in order to drive better outcomes, all while improving patient satisfaction and bottom-line financials,” added Creighton. “Sequence Health has leveraged its years of experience to build a seamless tool that addresses this issue.”

The company’s end-to-end solution, called simply Sequence, offers a more robust SaaS platform enabling a holistic view of each patient at every step along the care continuum. The updated architecture provides a scalable, cloud-based, multi-tenant platform to coordinate and manage patient care logistics and generate actionable analytics. It meets or exceeds all HIPAA and HITECH security requirements. It is also designed for integration with an existing EMR and/or practice management system.

The Sequence platform incorporates automated lead and patient intake for registration into a configurable care pathway. Throughout the patient pathway, the system automates patient progress with such tools as evidence-based patient surveys, key performance indicator monitoring (before, during and after an episode of care), as well as capturing and quantifying patient reported outcomes associated with federal mandates. With its widely-used dashboard, patient population data is presented, identifying those patients who are on track and those who have stalled in following their care plan.
