In this regard, our plans allow us to rapidly deploy resources across all of our offices and to support a variety of remote work setups should that ever be necessary. Our guiding principle in our contingency plans is to demonstrate our commitment to excellence as a partner for all of our customers and to do everything we can – at all times and under all circumstances – to help you support your patients and prospective patients while enhancing your efforts in maintaining a thriving business.
If your team has already outlined steps to protect your patients and your staff, we want to make sure we have these details in order to communicate properly to patients on your behalf. As an extension of your team, we want to assist you in being proactive to minimize risk in your setting. For our patient contact customers, we are prepared to incorporate measures such as screening questions and diverting scheduling for non-urgent appointments for patients. These directives and screening points can be added to our communication rules immediately.
If you have not yet implemented a screening process for inbound calls, we have a screening protocol that includes screening questions and information on protective measures that patients can take at home and what they can expect during a clinic visit. A copy of our communication protocol is attached for your consideration.
